Prefixing the subject helps us sort your message without guessing:
- Bug — something on the site is broken or wrong (say which page and what happened).
- Values — a value looks off, or a pet is missing from the list (a screenshot helps).
- Idea — a feature you want, or an improvement to something that already exists.
- Support — anything else, including a question about how to use a tool.
Helpful things to include
- The page you were on (for example
/valuesor the pet's name). - What you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if it is a visual problem — it speeds everything up.
- Your rough idea for new features: one or two lines is plenty.
What happens next
This is a small fan-run project, so replies are usually best-effort rather than instant, and value corrections may take a day or two to publish because every change is re-checked against the source databases before it goes live. Feature ideas are read and often shape what gets built next, so please send them even if they feel small.
